Website and security data

Hosting and security systems may process IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser or device information, response status, and related diagnostic identifiers to deliver the site, detect abuse, troubleshoot faults, and measure service reliability.

The public website does not provide an account or payment flow. The interest form uses limited technical signals to enforce same-site submission and abuse controls; form content is not written to application logs. Do not submit credentials or sensitive venue, production, or network details through an introductory channel.

Information you choose to send

If you use the interest form, InterBright processes your selected area of interest, name, work email, optional organization or venue, short context, privacy acknowledgement, submission time, and confirmation identifiers so the team can route and respond to the note and assess a potential engagement. The acknowledgement is not consent to a mailing list or targeted advertising.

If you contact InterBright by email, InterBright processes the contact details, message, attachments, and business context you choose to provide for the same response and business-record purposes. If protected information is needed later, an appropriate exchange method and handling requirements can be established as part of the engagement.

Service providers and disclosure

Microsoft Azure and Azure Front Door support website hosting, security, telemetry, and availability monitoring. Azure Communication Services sends interest-form notifications to the InterBright Connect mailbox, and Microsoft 365 supports business email. These providers process information under their applicable service and data-protection terms.

InterBright does not sell personal information and does not use this website for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to providers and advisers supporting a legitimate business purpose.

Retention, choices, and contact

Interest-form messages, operational logs, and related business correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate an engagement, maintain security and reliability, meet legal obligations, handle disputes, and preserve legitimate business records, then deleted or de-identified under applicable practices.
